Taiwan Tourist Shuttle – Magong‧North Coast Line One-Day Pass
Validity Period: From July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021

Passenger Notes:

1. Even with this ticket, you must reserve your seat online. Reservation website: https://www.penghufuneasy.com.tw

2. When boarding, passengers must cooperate with QR Code scanning and paper ticket inspection, and prepare original household registration or identification documents for the driver to verify identity.

3. Passengers purchasing concession tickets must comply with related regulations and present the required proof documents during inspection.

4. On the day before boarding, the boarding day, and the day after boarding, passengers may ride Penghu County public buses unlimited times for free (except for special charter buses).

Ticket Cancellation:

1. For refunds, please contact the original purchasing channel and follow their regulations.

2. Refund fees are based on the rules of each sales channel.

3. For passengers who purchased via Penghu Taiwan Tourist Shuttle, please apply for a refund through the official website. A 15% handling fee will be deducted, and passengers must bear any refund transaction fees.

4. Expired tickets are not eligible for refunds.

Reservation-Based Ticketing Process:
Reservation Time: Tickets and seat reservations must be completed by 20:00 on the day before your travel date.
Ticket Purchase Methods:

• Physical Tickets: 7-11 ibon, FamilyMart FamiPort, Homeng E-Commerce Co., Ltd. Penghu Branch, KLOOK, Trip.com

• Electronic Tickets: EasyCard, iPASS

• Mobile Payments: EasyWallet, iPASS Money
  Boarding Method: Scan the QR Code or tap your electronic ticket to board.

Seat Reservation & Ticketing Restrictions:

• After purchasing the ticket, seat reservation is required. Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• After 8:00 PM on the day before travel, ticket purchase and seat reservation will no longer be available.

• If seats are available on the day of travel, only one-day passes may be purchased (two-day and three-day passes are not offered).

Discount Information:

• Electronic tickets and mobile payments enjoy discounts from 2023/08/01 to 2025/10/31.

• Groups already receiving a 50% discount (seniors, persons with disabilities and their companions, and children aged 6–12) are not eligible for additional discounts.

Payment Restrictions:

• Cash purchases on the bus are not accepted. Tickets must be purchased in advance or paid using electronic tickets or mobile payment.

Ticket Type Restrictions:

• Same-day purchases are limited to one-day passes only.

• Concession tickets are only available to eligible groups (seniors, persons with disabilities and their companions, children aged 6–12, or children with height 115–150 cm).

Validity Period:

• Tickets must be used on the specified date or within the valid period according to the ticket type. Expired tickets are invalid.
